age. Just over 5 years ago I decided to turn my passion into a career . Since qualifying I have been training individuals and running successful indoor & outdoor fitness workouts & boot camps in the local
community. I strongly believe the key to keeping yourself fit & healthy is KEEPING IT FUN.

What inspires you?
My family & friends! Being in a cheerful happy environment! Seeing people achieve & overcome barriers.
What makes you smile?
Family & friends, hot sunny days, my mischievous doggies, a funny film, doing
something I love, seeing other people happy, ooooh and of course….a new pair of shoes.
What’s your favourite food?
No need to think about this one a roast dinner with all the trimmings and no meat. Mmmmmmmmmmm…. I also love scrummy juices & smoothies yummy.
What’s your idea of a perfect day?
Wow! That’s tough, there is so much I love doing… walking with my husband and goldies! Running in the rain (weird I know) a good old gossip with my daughter over a long lunch and a spot of retail therapy! A soppy movie cuddled up on the sofa with my hubby, a blazing fire and a good bottle of white. Perfect!
What’s your proudest sporting achievement!
That’s easy, completing the London Marathon with my husband…so emotional ahhhhhhhhhh.
How do you motivate yourself?
Positive thinking, always believing, if you think you can’t you won't. If you think you can you will!
Working with others & keeping it FUN! Setting myself small targets to help me along the trail to achieving the final GOAL! Visualising the things I’m working towards achieving! Rewarding myself when I have done a good job (typically a trip to the spa).
